Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their client's team in Colorado. This role is essential in supporting daily human resources operations, focusing on recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. The HR Generalist will play a significant role in attracting, hiring, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in selection decisions.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
- Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and promoting a positive work environment.
- Support performance management processes.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of HR experience, with recruiting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Required Work Hours
The work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a consistent and engaging work environment.
